Responsibilities:

  1. Client Domain Understanding:
    • Research and analyze the clients business domain, including industry-specific challenges, regulations, and market dynamics.
    • Identify key stakeholders within the client organization and understand their pain points, goals, and priorities.
  2. Industry Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
    • Provide insights on how industry developments impact the clients business and influence proposal content..
    • Identifying key success factors and best practices in the industry which can be incorporated as part of RFP or any proposal response
  3. Persona Mapping:
    • Define and map out relevant personas (e.g., decision-makers, end-users, influencers) within the client organization.
    • Tailor proposal content to address the specific needs and pain points of each persona.
  4. Content Shaping:
    • Work closely with presales team, solution architects, and subject matter experts to shape RFP responses.
    • Ensure that the proposal reflects a deep understanding of the client’s context and aligns with their strategic goals.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives to create cohesive and persuasive proposals.
    • Work collaboratively with the pre-sales team members working on the RFP’s and provide them with the research required for the response

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think critically and strategically,
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Proven experience in analyzing client domains, industries, and technology landscapes.
  • Strong research and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with proposal management processes.
  • Knowledge of RFP best practices.
  • Experience in a similar role within the IT, consulting, or professional services industry.
