Job Description:
As a Pre Sales Executive at Aertsen Living, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for qualifying leads, sharing detailed information about our offerings, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will play a pivotal role in building trust, understanding customer requirements, and setting the stage for successful engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients via outbound calls to qualify leads provided by the Marketing team.
Share detailed information about Aertsen Livings offerings, processes, unique selling points (USPs), and company lineage to establish confidence and trust with clients.
Gather detailed requirements from clients regarding their home interiors, understanding their needs and preferences.
Document detailed call minutes in the CRM, recording customer requirements and preferences for their home interiors.
Cultivate a superior customer experience in every interaction, fostering positive relationships and promoting brand awareness.
Assign qualified leads to Sales managers based on their availability and expertise.
Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and rapport.
Cultivate a superior customer experience in every interaction, fostering positive relationships and promoting brand awareness.
Schedule visits to our Experience Centre following defined procedures, providing clients with immersive experiences.
Conduct reminder calls and manage appointment scheduling to ensure punctuality and efficiency.
Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner to maintain their interest and engagement.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Meet individual targets and contribute to the teams overall sales objectives consistently.
Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a pre-sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and target-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A confident and compelling tone of communication, Eloquent English \\ Telugu \\ Hindi gets you an extra point.
