Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer engagement technologies, such as IVR, CTI, CRM, and cloud-based contact center platforms. They will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to grow the companys presence in the market..
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote contact center solutions, including software, hardware, and managed services.
Identify new market opportunities, industries, and potential clients to expand business reach.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and Contact Center Managers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
Provide exceptional post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Product & Market Expertise:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of contact center technologies, including ACD, IVR, CTI, AI-powered customer engagement tools, and cloud contact center platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and advancements in customer interaction solutions.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Pre-Sales, Technical Support) to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns and materials that enhance lead generation.
Collaborate with product development teams to communicate client feedback and industry requirements.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles, specifically in the contact center or customer engagement solutions industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of contact center technologies (IVR, CTI, ACD, WFM, CRM, etc.) and cloud-based solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in selling solutions involving AI, chatbots, omnichannel platforms, and workforce optimization tools.
Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS Connect, Genesys Cloud, or similar platforms.
Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger Sales) is a plus.
