Job Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead telemarketing activities, molding the landscape of lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification.

2. Navigate a diverse array of inbound and outbound calls, addressing the unique needs of both B2B and B2C clients.

3. Deliver stellar customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.

4. Independently strive to outshine performance targets, setting new benchmarks for brilliance.

Requirements:

1. Garner a minimum of 3 years of experience in an international call center environment.

2. Showcase fluency in the English language with impeccable communication finesse.

3. Maintain an age limit below 40 years.

4. Showcase your prowess with a track record in telemarketing and customer support.

5. Equip yourself with a laptop and a broadband connection for seamless remote work.
