2. Manage a diverse range of inbound and outbound calls, addressing the unique needs of both B2B and B2C clients.

3. Deliver outstanding customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.

4. Independently strive to surpass performance targets, setting new benchmarks for excellence.

Requirements:

1. Accumulate a minimum of 3 years of experience in an international call center environment.

2. Demonstrate fluency in the English language with impeccable communication skills.

3. Maintain an age limit below 40 years.

4. Prove your mettle with a track record in telemarketing and customer support.

5. Gear up with a laptop and a broadband connection for seamless remote work.
