2. Manage a spectrum of inbound and outbound calls, addressing the unique needs of both B2B and B2C clients.

3. Provide outstanding customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.

4. Independently strive to surpass performance targets and set new standards for excellence.

Requirements:

1. Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience from the international call center environment.

2. Showcase fluency in the English language with excellent communication skills.

3. Maintain an age limit below 40 years.

4. Demonstrate a proven track record in telemarketing and customer support.

5. Equip yourself with a laptop and a broadband connection for seamless remote work.
