2. Handle a diverse range of inbound and outbound calls, catering to the specific needs of both B2B and B2C clients.

3. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including calls, emails, and live chat.

4. Proactively aim to exceed performance benchmarks, establishing new standards of excellence.

Requirements:

1. Possess at least 3 years of experience in an international call center setting.

2. Demonstrate fluency in English with outstanding communication abilities.

3. Be under the age of 40.

4. Show a solid history in telemarketing and customer support.

5. Have access to a laptop and a reliable broadband connection for effective remote work.
