Lead the design process for our digital products (web + mobile) including user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.
Collaborate closely with CXOs, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision and strategies, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure product consistency and quality across multiple platforms and devices.
Create a design culture fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning within the team and mentor and provide guidance to junior designers.
Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, advocating for best practices and innovative approaches in product design.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in product design
Prior experience in a startup or agile development environment, 0-1 journey and fintech is a plus.
At least 4 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in first principle thinking, product thinking, UX/UI design, user research, and visual design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, prototyping, lottiefiles tools.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing, with a strong ability to translate insights into design decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to a variety of audiences.
