Tier 1-2 college Bachelors degree or MBA (MBA/PGDM in finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred).
3-6 years of experience in B2B relationship management, preferably in financial services.
Strong understanding of mutual funds, LAS products, and distributor ecosystems.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to track and report performance metrics effectively.
Soft Skills: Relationship building, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution. Mindset: Result-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, basic Excel/reporting, and an understanding of financial products.
