Develop strong relationships with fintech app partners to drive LAMF product penetration.
Identify and onboard new fintech platforms to expand distribution reach.
Collaborate with fintech teams to ensure alignment of LAMF features with platform user needs.
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, driving strategies for improvement.
Provide training and updates to fintech sales or customer support teams to enhance product understanding.
Work with internal marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns align with company and regulatory guidelines.
Serve as the point of contact for operational or business escalations from fintech partners.
Qualifications:
Tier 1-2 college Bachelors degree or Bachelors degree (MBA/PGDM in finance, business, or related field preferred).
3-6 years of experience in fintech or account management roles, with exposure to B2C financial products.
In-depth knowledge of fintech ecosystems and digital financial services.
Proven ability to drive business growth and manage large accounts.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
