ACL Digital - Salesforce Architect - LWC/Apex/Visual Force (8-18 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, custom development, integrations, and security best practices. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, lead technical teams, and ensure robust, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and enhancements.

- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architectures tailored to business needs.

- Define technical roadmaps, ensuring solutions align with long-term business objectives.

- Lead data modeling and governance strategies to ensure data integrity and consistency.

- Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.).

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.

- Define solution architecture documents, integration strategies, and technical designs.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business teams, providing guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and enhancements.

- Oversee and guide the development team in best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

- Perform complex system integrations with third-party applications, APIs, and external systems (ERP, Marketing Automation, Payment Gateways, etc.).

- Lead Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Flow development efforts.

- Ensure CI/CD implementation for smooth deployment processes.

- Establish Salesforce governance frameworks to maintain system reliability and scalability.

- Optimize Salesforce performance by implementing best practices for code efficiency, data handling, and workflow automation.

- Conduct regular system health checks, performance tuning, and security assessments.

- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants.

- Conduct code reviews, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Promote Agile methodologies and best practices within development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II).

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Financial Services, Health Cloud, etc.).

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL.

- Experience with integration patterns and middleware tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of security models, sharing rules, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity management.

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, SFDX).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with multi-cloud environments and large-scale Salesforce implementations.

- Knowledge of industry trends, AI-powered solutions, and automation in Salesforce.
