Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Source candidates from various job portals, including Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Internshala, Wellfound, IIMJobs, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for company job vacancies.
• Organize and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database using Zoho Recruit and resume databases.
• Generate leads for potential candidates through various sourcing techniques.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, Wellfound, IIMJobs) and resume databases.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in lead generation is a plus.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
