Job Purpose
Handling all the retail KPIs for the allocated ZONE
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Drive and facilitate best-in-class customer experience across formats, through rigorous system and process compliance and Customer-Centricity as the DNA.
- Contribute to the business performance of the zone by acquiring high quality postpaid customers. Lift up the base revenue through upselling higher value plans and mobility plus products.
- Ensure Channel and Store Profitability by driving scale, optimizing opex, and leveraging new lines of businesses.
- Drive a high engagement agenda and a performance culture along with investment in learning & development. Promote HSW and Diversity.
- Drive a Digital First culture in the Retail function in the cluster.
