Role & responsibilities

1. Scrutiny of Post Sanction Files received for Disbursement

2. Ensure the files disbursed have all documents as per checklist

3. Check that file has all the KYC requirements as per laid down policy

4. Quality Checking and Disbursement of Loan Account in adherence to Operations Policies

5. Monitoring NACH registrations and Banking of First EMIs & Processing Fees

6. Ensure proper docketing of Disbursement Documents and Dispatch to storage

7. Liaising with Credit & Business Stakeholders ensuring smooth flow of activities

8. Handle vendors and coordinate for registration, Disbursement DD handover and collection of Post Disbursement documents for Mortgage Loans

9. Monitor other Operations metrics such as DD printing, ROC Filing, Disbursement MIS, Processing Fee reconciliations and other curing activities

Manage Administration activities of the respective Loan Center

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
• Ability to manage complex client situations
• Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
