Role & responsibilities

• Consult with internal/external stakeholders, understand training needs, design and develop training contents tailored to business needs.
• Develop training contents for topics related to Product, Process, Policy and Technical, behavioural, leadership etc. using PowerPoint, Word, Audio-Video based and e-learning tools.
• Develop customized training materials by utilizing Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate and other rapid authoring tools.
• Develop training presentations, assessments, trainer notes, story boards, lesson plans, animation based content and other training aids.
• Oversee page layouts, design banners for internal training promotions.
• Collaborate with vendors and ensure timely delivery/support for training projects.
• Train participants, Facilitate training programs through classroom or virtual modes.
• Conduct Induction/New Hire Orientation, Training programs, Train-The-Trainer (TTT) programs independently and in collaboration with SMEs and Field Trainers
• Provide technical support and assistance to Field Trainers.
• Provide helpdesk support to Trainers, learners and local administrators.
• Maintain records, prepare and submit weekly, monthly training reports. Generate reports independently and provide insights.
• Support in achieving Targeted Training numbers and in Training-allied activities

• Preferably Males.
• Should be flexible for travelling.
