Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage key HR functions including operations, full and final settlement (FNF), attendance management, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage key HR functions including operations, full and final settlement (FNF), attendance management, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operations Management : Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HR database management, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Full and Final Settlement (FNF) : Handle the end-to-end FNF process, including calculating dues, coordinating with finance, ensuring timely payouts, and generating final settlement statements.
- Attendance Management : Maintain and monitor employee attendance records, track leaves, ensure accuracy in timesheets, and address any discrepancies.
- Onboarding : Oversee the complete onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements across all functions.
- Employee Support : Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to attendance, leaves, onboarding, and FNF.
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports related to attendance, FNF settlements, and new hires for management review.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, FNF, attendance, and onboarding procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools/software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Education Qualification
- Master of Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Human Resource
