Role Description:
This is a full-time Businessoperations executive role that requires the candidate to work on-site at VMax Wellness in Coimbatore. The operations executive will manage a wide range of day-to-day tasks, including operations management and analytics, communication with clients, and tracking internal progress. The Operations Executive will work closely with the VMax Wellness team to ensure smooth and efficient operations and will also be responsible for providing the team with insights and recommendations to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
Efficient B2C Business and Customer Relationship Management: Oversee and manage B2C operations to ensure seamless processes and build strong customer relationships.
Operational Support and Execution: Collaborate with managers and internal stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and execute tasks effectively.
Strategic Planning and Optimization: Work with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans aimed at improving processes and achieving organizational goals.
Process Improvement: Continuously review and assess workflows to identify improvement areas and implement initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and minimize costs.
Resource Management: Ensure the effective and optimal utilization of resources to meet operational objectives.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR departments to synchronize activities and achieve business goals.
Documentation: Create, update, and maintain process documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Key Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, MS Office, and Google Workspace tools.
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets formulas, automation, and creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of proven expertise in operations management and analytics.
Prior experience or interest in the fitness or wellness industry is advantageous.
Hands-on experience in preparing sales reports and operational documentation.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with stakeholders and clients.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address operational challenges.
Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a dynamic environment.
