VLink is Hiring: US IT Recruiter / Senior Recruiter Noida & Gurgaon

Location: Noida & Gurgaon
Compensation: Market-competitive
Employment Type: Full-time | Hybrid
Shift & Working Hours: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)Cab both side + Meal
Notice Period: Maximum 15 days

Requirements:

• Candidates with a stable career history are preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full life cycle of recruitment for State and Direct Clients.
• Sourcing and handling W2, U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates.
• Utilizing various recruitment techniques effectively.
• Proven success in U.S. staffing sales.
• Assessing IT professionals’ skills across specialized domains.
• Strong negotiation skills across all technical levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT (preferred) or any graduate discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Experience working with Implementation Partners.
• Willingness to work in EST shift hours.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
