Vivre Panels is looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive/ Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we hire the best talent to support our growth. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process: Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions across various departments, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies: Work closely with department heads to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring plans to fill roles quickly and efficiently.
• Manage recruitment channels: Utilize online job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals to attract high-quality talent.
• Design and implement onboarding programs: Ensure new hires are properly onboarded and integrated into the team, promoting smooth transitions and early productivity.
• Facilitate team building: Work with managers to identify skill gaps and develop hiring strategies that promote diversity and high performance.
• Strengthen employer branding: Actively promote Vivre Panels as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing and employee engagement initiatives.
• Utilize Zoho People (or similar HRMS tools): Maintain recruitment databases, track applicants, and streamline the hiring process through HR automation.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify team-building opportunities and provide solutions for better collaboration and communication.
• Organize team-building activities: Plan and execute events and initiatives that foster team unity and strengthen the company's work culture.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Familiarity with ZOHO Recruit or similar applicant tracking systems is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for identifying talent and fostering positive candidate experiences.
