Vivre Panels is looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive/Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and help us hire the best talent to fuel our growth. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Recruitment Processes: Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Develop Hiring Strategies: Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and create effective recruitment plans.
• Manage Recruitment Channels: Use online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to attract top-quality candidates.
• Enhance Onboarding Programs: Ensure new hires are smoothly onboarded and integrated into the team for quick productivity.
• Promote Employer Branding: Position Vivre Panels as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing and engagement initiatives.
• Utilize Recruitment Tools: Manage applicant tracking systems like ZOHO Recruit to streamline the hiring process and maintain databases.
• Support Team Building: Work with managers to address skill gaps and plan diversity-driven hiring strategies.
• Organize Team-Building Activities: Plan and execute events to foster team unity and a positive work culture.

Eligibility Criteria:

• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Familiarity with ZOHO Recruit or similar ATS tools (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and MS Office.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for identifying talent and delivering excellent candidate experiences.
