Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager (Signage) located in Bengaluru.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for account management, lead generation, sales operations, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.
- Generate demand for VIVA products by incorporating VIVA product specifications in the brand manual for leading brands in Oil & Gas, Automotive , BFSI and Retail segments.
- Work with multiple stakeholders at the customer end in marketing, procurement, admin and projects.
- Drive specifications by engaging with influencers like design consultants, brand agencies, convertors and brand owners.
- Initiate market intelligence system to provide monthly information on new product opportunities and other changes in the industry.
- Managing the complete sales cycle from business development and customer acquisition to receipt of payment.
- Identification and Development of new markets and experience in brand implementation
- Drive top line in the region through effective channel management and a thorough engagement with convertors and design agencies .
- Forecasting the sales and inventory planning with an efficient MIS handling ability
Experience Required :
- Relevant years of specification driven sales through Key Account Management supported by channel management & project management
- Should have experience in working closely with Decision Makers / Top Management at the Customer End.
- Experience in handling a team .
- BOQ / BOM development and analysis
- Experience of working on tenders will be an added advantage
- Industry - Signage material , ACP , LED modules and building materials is preferred but open to other industries engaged in Brand identity as well.
Sales and Sales Operations skills:
Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Experience in the signage or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
