Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with customers
• Effective communication via Voice/mail/chat
• Protecting brand image and reputation in the market.
• Provide real-time support
• Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
• Good communication (verbal & written)
• Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
• Customer-centric attitude
• Qualification : Undergraduates and Any Graduate can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
