Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead Credit Cell to join our high energy team
You will have a direct impact on the Claims and Reimbursement framework. Youll work as part of a high-energy team thats scaling across all functions. Pushing high quality Data reconciliation while also balancing the pros/cons of speed/quality will be critical.
As part of your day-to-day work, you will
Vendor Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation process for large, mid-sized, and longtail vendors. Ensure all discrepancies are identified, investigated, and resolved efficiently.
Credit Management: Monitor vendor credit limits, ensure payments are received on time, and manage overdue accounts.
Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of reconciliation and credit analysts. Assist in the delegation of tasks, training, and performance management.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving reconciliation and credit control processes. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding credit and reconciliation matters. Work closely with internal teams like finance, procurement, and operations to resolve issues.
Must Haves
2 years+ of experience in credit control, reconciliation, or related roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of reconciliation and credit control processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
