Training Executive

Job Summary:
The Training Executive is responsible for delivering new product training and skill enhancement
programs. The role includes identifying training needs, developing engaging content, and ensuring the
effective execution of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Design & Delivery
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Data Management & Reporting

Qualifications & Skills:
MBA, BBA, BE or related field.
1-2 years of experience in training and development.
Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and training software/tools.
Ability to work collaboratively and deliver under deadlines.
