We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance interpersonal and professional skills among employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, a passion for learning and development, and expertise in cultivating workplace Behaviors that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities: Training Development: o Design and develop training programs focused on soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution. o Customize training content to address specific team or departmental needs. Training Delivery: o Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions using various methods such as workshops, role-playing, and group discussions. o Use innovative techniques and tools to create interactive and impactful learning experiences. Assessment & Feedback: o Evaluate participants performance through assessments, feedback sessions, and observation to measure the effectiveness of training programs. o Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help employees improve and grow. Collaboration: o Work closely with HR and departmental managers to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly. o Collaborate with external vendors or consultants when necessary to enhance training initiatives. Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated on the latest trends in soft skills training and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
o Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine training programs for better outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: o Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. o Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, NLP, or similar) is a plus. Experience: o Proven experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar role, specializing in soft skills training. o Experience in designing and delivering training programs across diverse audiences. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in using presentation software, learning management systems (LMS), and other training tools.
