Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks andcollaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Lead service quality and cost to drive profitability and continued success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Provide the design(HLD and LLD) by translating the functional analysis requirement totechnical solution approach. Should be able to identify the business requirement dependencies and implications andsuggest customer about the consequences so the requirement will be precise. Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company. Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices. Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products. Work with the Business to prioritize the feature backlog.
