Position Title: HR Assistant Manager (Female Candidate Only).

Job Summary:.
The Assistant HR Manager will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, supporting the HR Manager and senior leadership in managing HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and training.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and results-driven individual with a passion for employee engagement and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:.
Employee Relations:.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts through mediation, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Promote employee engagement through various initiatives and activities.
- Maintain confidential records of employee grievances and track resolutions.
Compensation & Benefits:.
- Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain records of employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate employee data and assisting with payroll-related inquiries.
Compliance & Policy Management:.
- Ensure company HR practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with internal audits to ensure HR processes and employee documentation are in compliance.
Employee Engagement & Wellbeing:.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Support the implementation of programs aimed at improving employee satisfaction and morale.
HR Administration:.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, including turnover, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks as needed, such as updating employee records, scheduling interviews, and handling HR documentation.
Fleet Management:.
- Driver Management: Hiring, training, and managing drivers to ensure they follow safety protocols, company policies, and traffic laws.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all vehicles and drivers comply with local and national regulations, including licensing, inspections, and insurance.
- Scheduling and Routing: Optimizing routes and scheduling vehicle use to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Cost Control: Monitoring fuel usage, maintenance, insurance, and other expenses to manage the overall cost of the fleet effectively.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience:.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Hands-on experience with HR software (e.g , HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills & Competencies:.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and strong conflict resolution skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
