Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and recruitment. This role will be crucial in maintaining a positive work environment, supporting employee growth, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work culture

- Manage performance evaluation processes and career development initiatives

- Handle employee offboarding and exit processes

- Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs

- Provide mentorship and support to young professionals, especially focusing on work-life balance and professional growth

- Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in AT & HR roles, preferably in startups or tech companies

- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience working with diverse teams, particularly those with a majority of young female professionals Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy

- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in mentoring and developing young professionals

- Knowledge of US business culture and practices

- Background in tech or marketing industries We're looking for someone who can create a supportive, professional environment for our young team while driving company growth through effective talent management.
