Job Opportunity: Consultant - Life Sciences & Health Consulting

Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

What You'll Do:

- Deliver management consulting projects for global clients in small to medium-sized teams.

- Work on strategy, implementation, process design, and change management for specific business modules.

- Support business development efforts, co-lead proposals, and coordinate across teams to deliver high-impact results.

- Provide industry expertise and contribute to the development of innovative methodologies, research, and white papers.

- Drive transformational change aligned with clients' strategic goals, ensuring stakeholder engagement and commitment.

Key Focus Areas:

You'll gain hands-on experience in areas such as:

- Patient services and journey mapping.

- Multi-channel marketing and cross-platform integration.

- Data management and CRM (e.g., VEEVA, Salesforce).

- Product or portfolio marketing strategy.

- Digital and mobility solutions for pharma, including campaign management and social media strategy.

- Sales strategy and automation, product launch strategy, and customer engagement.

What You Bring:

- Educational Background: MBA from Tier-1 B-Schools or postgraduate degree with substantial Life Sciences consulting experience.

- Industry Experience: 3-6 years in Life Sciences, with at least 1 year in Multi-Channel Commercial, Customer Engagement, or Patient Services.
