Job Description
- End to end ownership for HR activities for Tech and Product team including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent management, organization structure, etc.
- Able to understand nuances of new business and help in designing the right organization structure.
- Work with leadership team to drive end to end HR initiatives within BU including performance management, rewards and recognition, training and compensation by gaining in-depth knowledge of business.
