Job Description

BANCA - Strategy/MIS/Business Planning from Insurance Companies Location: Mumbai

Summary of the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in channel strategy, sales growth, and team management within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in developing strategic operating plans, driving productivity, and optimising acquisition costs to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Strategy - Agency Channel

- Develop and execute strategic operating plans to achieve substantial annual business targets, overseeing agent recruitment and productivity across a large network of agents.

- Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to drive significant topline growth and improve agent efficiency.

- Design and implement incentive programs to enhance agent retention and reduce attrition while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

2. Channel Strategy - Direct Distribution

- Lead initiatives to improve Financial Advisor (FA) performance, achieving strong year-over-year growth and significantly increasing high-performing qualifiers.

- Optimise acquisition costs by reducing reliance on high-cost business models, resulting in substantial cost savings and improved profitability.

3. Campaign Management

- Develop and manage impactful sales campaigns across agency and direct distribution channels, contributing to strong topline growth and higher conversion rates.

- Drive customer retention and up-sell initiatives, generating additional revenue and improving conversion efficiency.

4. Branch Leadership

- Supervise, mentor, and lead a dynamic sales team, consistently achieving above-target sales performance.

- Enhance overall team productivity through focused recruitment, skill development, and structured training programs.
