Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive corporate partnerships and expand our client base within the healthcare sector. The candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with corporate clients, understanding their healthcare needs, and delivering customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Tie-ups:

Identify and approach potential corporate clients for partnerships.

Negotiate and close deals to offer healthcare services such as wellness programs, annual health checkups, and insurance tie-ups.

2. Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for corporate accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

3. Market Research & Strategy:

Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue from corporate tie-ups.

4. Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and healthcare providers) to deliver customized solutions to clients.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at corporate clients.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Previous exposure to corporate tie-ups, business development, or customer relationship management is a plus.
