Position: Permanent/Full Time

6-day week - Monday to Saturday

We are seeking a CRM Executive with a background in medical laboratory technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to provide excellent customer service, foster client relationships, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the organization.

Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Handle outbound calls professionally, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Service Information: Provide clients with detailed and accurate information about our lab services and diagnostic tests.
Issue Resolution: Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date record of client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Any Degree or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 plus year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related field.

Skills:
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Confidence in handling client queries and managing conversations professionally.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel and Word, along with basic computer skills.
