Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Manage back office operations, ensuring efficient processing of customer requests.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in handling customer complaints, queries, or similar roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity (TAT).
  
• Proficiency in managing escalations effectively to resolve difficult situations.
