Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand clients needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Service Delivery:
Ensure the timely and effective delivery of products/services to clients.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and expectations.
Issue Resolution:
Address client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Investigate and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring client satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
Client Communication:
Regularly update clients on project status, changes, and any relevant information.
Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports as required.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Prepare and manage client documentation and contracts.
Monitor client accounts and track performance metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align client needs with company offerings.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
