Responsibilities
1- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the event planning and execution process.
2- Conduct meetings with clients to understand their event requirements, expectations, and preferences.
3- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
4-Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, finance) to ensure client needs are met.
5-Provide clear and detailed briefs to the production team based on client requirements.
6-Assist in the development and delivery of presentations showcasing event proposals and ideas.
7-Coordinate with the production team to oversee on-site event execution.
8-Support the preparation of quotations and assist in managing client budgets.
9- Ensure timely delivery of supporting materials (e.g., photos, samples) required by clients. Monitor the successful delivery of events to meet or exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
1-Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or any management related field.
2-Proven experience in client servicing within the event management sector.
3-Freshers are also welcome.
