Role & Responsibilities:

• Corporate Salary Account Management: Manage corporate salary accounts for clients, ensuring smooth and timely payment processing, account reconciliation, and overall satisfaction.
• New Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate selling strategies, focusing on acquiring new clients for salary accounts and other corporate banking products.
• Relationship Development & Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty, increase revenue growth, and ensure high retention rates.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve any queries or issues related to salary account management, ensuring prompt and efficient solutions.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry and identify opportunities to offer differentiated value to clients.
• Cross-Selling: Leverage existing relationships to cross-sell additional banking products and services, contributing to the banks overall growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3-8 years of experience in banking or financial services, particularly in corporate salary account management or similar roles.
• Corporate Selling: Strong understanding of corporate selling principles and strategies to acquire and maintain new clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and nurture relationships with corporate clients effectively.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently while also collaborating efficiently within a team environment to meet organizational goals.
• Client Focus: A customer-oriented approach to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
