Annual Salary: ₹4.5 Lacs to ₹9.5 Lacs

Role & Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new High-Value Segment (HVS) customer relationships, specifically for Business Installment Loans (BIL) and other unsecured business loans.
• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with new clients, ensuring that their business loan requirements are fully met and served.
• Cross-Selling: Deepen relationships by cross-selling a range of financial products to existing clients, enhancing overall engagement and increasing revenue streams.
• Channel Partner Management: Work closely with channel partners such as DSAs (Direct Sales Agents), ensuring smooth collaboration for lead generation, client acquisition, and sales activities.
• Target Achievement: Responsible for meeting monthly and annual sales targets for acquiring new clients and expanding the business loan portfolio.
• Market Expansion: Identify new market segments and opportunities to increase product penetration and grow the customer base across the assigned locations.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs in detail to provide tailored loan solutions, addressing pain points and creating value-added services.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2-7 years of experience in business loan sales, with a proven track record of handling channel partners and achieving sales targets.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge and experience in handling Unsecured Business Loans and Business Installment Loans.
• Experience in managing relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSA) and other channel partners to drive business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to successfully close deals and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to cross-sell and upsell banking products effectively.
