Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment (ORC), Compensation, and Learning modules.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective HCM solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing HCM systems and applications.

- Work closely with HR teams to streamline processes, improve system functionality, and ensure seamless integration across different modules.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HR systems by maintaining up-to-date records and performing regular audits.

- Support the Recruitment (ORC) module by managing the configuration of the recruitment process and workflows.

- Work on Compensation and Learning modules to support performance management, employee development, and reward programs.

- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to users to ensure effective use of the HCM modules.

- Assist with the integration of HCM modules with other HR technologies and third-party systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCM modules in a timely manner.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in HCM technology and HR best practices.

Key Skills and Experience :

- 5-7 years of experience in HCM module implementation, particularly in Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment (ORC), Compensation, and Learning.

- Hands-on experience with the configuration, implementation, and support of these specific HCM modules.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and how to align them with technology solutions.

- Experience with HCM software platforms (e.g, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft).

- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with HR, IT, and other business teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Familiarity with HR best practices and industry trends
