HR Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, and compliance. The trainee will work closely with senior HR professionals to develop essential skills and gain practical knowledge of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
• Help implement employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisals.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company regulations.
• Provide support in training and development programs.
• Handle employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related concerns.
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
