Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and develop strong relationships with major clients, particularly Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Adani, and other key players in industries such as energy, oil & gas, power, and heavy engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with key accounts like L&T, Adani, and related industries.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in sectors such as construction, energy, and heavy engineering.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and project opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Maintain detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience in project sales in energy, oil & gas, power, and heavy engineering.
• Strong network and connections with L&T, Adani, and other major industry players.
• Proficient in CRM tools, negotiation, and strategic sales planning.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
