Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our Fireline Pipeline Replacement Project at the Thilafushi Industrial Complex. The Fabricator will be responsible for creating, assembling, and repairing metal structures, components, and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Fabricators Operation

• Shape and form metal components using bending, rolling, or pressing machines.
• Assemble components by welding, bolting, or riveting as specified in the design
• Ensure all parts are aligned and secured correctly before final assembly.

General Support

• Provide support to team members by coordination with the welders with various tasks as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to promote a safe and efficient workspace.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to contribute effectively to team activities.

Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to all basic safety practices and protocols in the workplace.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and support team members in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Report any safety concerns to supervisors promptly

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Metal Fabrication
• Basic training in steel fabrication and welding.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Pipe Fabricator.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifically piping drawings.
