Inventory Supervisor

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing and tracking raw materials, equipment, and finished products at the batching plant. This role ensures that stock levels are accurate, materials are available for production, and storage is organized efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain stock levels of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and other materials.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accuracy.
• Organize storage areas for easy access and safety compliance.
• Work with production and dispatch teams to prevent material shortages.
• Keep inventory records updated and generate reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a batching plant or construction industry
• Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
