Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and adoption of our products in the construction and infrastructure industry. Your primary focus will be building strong relationships with architects, contractors as well as creating and implementing sales strategies that align with the organizations goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should understand our Products and meet Architects and Consultants to specify our Products in Tenders and Projects
• Achieve given targets and increase the sales of the Products
• Should know architects and Consultants
• Willing to work PAN India
• Sales Proposals & Negotiation: Draft comprehensive sales proposals, including price quotes, in consultation with senior management, ensuring all client needs are met within our offerings.
• Develop Sales Processes: Create, optimize and implement a structured sales process that enhances efficiency and drives results, ensuring all client needs re met within our offerings.

Additional Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of marketing engineering concepts and product development .
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills especially when engaging with Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Builders
• Ability to create tailored sales strategies and adapt to the evolving needs of the construction market
