Sales Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Hands-on experience in Tenders/Costing/Checking of BOQ
• Study Technical and commercial part of Tender document and understand the technical and commercial specification/Customer requirements
• Preparation of rate analysis of items for the tender bid process
• Preparation of tender and contract documents including BOQs
• Calling for quotation from the Suppliers, taking quotations, negotiations and making comparative statements
• Should have knowledge and ability to read Drawings and coordinate with Design teams for Drawings
• Technical documentation: Compile all necessary documentation, schematics and drawings to support the proposal ensuring that it aligns with Industry standards and regulations
• Strong estimation/quotation skills, preparing detailed costing and submitting Techno-Commercial offers
• J pporting the sales team in reading tenders/enquiries and closing dealsJ
• Education: Engineering background Civil / Mechanical with knowledge of Auto Cad.
