Job Description
- Coordinate and manage sales activities and schedules for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products/services.
- Ensure smooth communication between the sales team and other departments.
- Maintain records of sales, customer details, and follow-up actions.
- Support in preparing sales reports, quotations, and other documentation.
- Track sales targets, performance, and assist in setting up strategies for improvement.
- Assist in managing CRMs and updating sales-related data regularly.
- Help in managing the inventory and ensuring timely deliveries to clients.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Age: Between 25 to 35 years
- Marital Status: Married (Mandatory)
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales coordination or related roles
- Fresher DO NOT APPLY.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both reading and writing) is mandatory
- Education: Graduation in any discipline (preferably in business or marketing)
- Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and proactive.
- Other Expectations:
- Should be adaptable and eager to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A professional demeanour with clients and colleagues.
