Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing tailored Zoho solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with senior architects and development teams to design Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications.
- Provide technical support during the implementation of Zoho-based solutions.
- Contribute to gathering and analyzing business requirements to develop custom Zoho solutions.
- Assist in designing workflows, automation, and integrations within Zoho platforms (CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Creator).
- Ensure that Zoho solutions are aligned with business goals and user requirements.
- Help in the customization of Zoho apps using Zoho Deluge scripting and APIs.
- Assist with the migration of existing data to Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide technical guidance and support during project implementation.
- Ensure smooth integration of Zoho applications with third-party systems and platforms.
- Create and maintain documentation for solution designs, configurations, and processes.
Requirements - Gender: Male/Female (open to both)
- Age: Between 22 to 30 years
- Experience: 1-3 years in solution architecture, Zoho customization, or related IT roles
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Skills: Strong understanding of Zoho platform, CRM, and cloud-based solution design
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho One platforms.
- Familiarity with Zoho Deluge scripting language for customization and automation.
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and enterprise cloud platforms.
- Ability to understand and design technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Proficiency in working with databases, data migration, and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for Zoho-related issues.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with other business tools and applications that integrate with Zoho (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho One platforms.
