Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support :

   • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
   • Handle inquiries from customers and ensure timely follow-up.
   • Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, opportunities, and sales targets.

2. Order Management :

   • Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
   • Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
   • Monitor order status and update customers on timelines or delays.

3. Customer Relationship Management :

   • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
   • Address customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
   • Gather and document customer feedback to share with relevant teams.

4. Coordination and Communication :

   • Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments (e. g. , production, accounts, service).
   • Ensure smooth communication of customer requirements and expectations to relevant teams.
   • Prepare and share sales reports, customer details, and performance metrics with management.

5. Documentation and Compliance :

   • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, contracts, and invoices.
   • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with applicable regulations.
   • Support sales audits by providing necessary documentation.

6. Market Research and Strategy Support :

   • Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities.
   • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
   • Provide insights to support sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

7. Inventory and Stock Management :

   • Monitor inventory levels of machines and spare parts.
   • Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure stock availability for orders.

8. Administrative Tasks :

   • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during sales-related discussions.
   • Handle travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for the sales team.
