We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our Sales Office at Ghodbunder Road, Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience to visitors, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and potential homebuyers at the sales office.
• Manage front-desk activities, including handling inquiries, guiding customers, and maintaining a professional reception area.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective buyers.
• Maintain visitor records and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Support the sales team with documentation and client coordination.
• Ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for customers during their interactions.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, including calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1-3 years in front-office, customer relations, or hospitality roles (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Skills: Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred), customer service orientation, and professional presentation.
• Personality: Pleasant, well-groomed, and confident in handling customer interactions.
