Victrix Systems & Labs - Salesforce Developer - Lightning Web Components (2-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web

Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop customized Salesforce solutions.

- Customize Salesforce environments, including workflows, validation rules, process builder, and triggers.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications, leveraging RESTful APIs and other integration methods.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for better performance and scalability.

- Participate in the deployment and release management process, ensuring best practices are followed.

- Develop and maintain documentation for code and solutions.

- Ensure compliance with security and governance guidelines in all Salesforce development efforts.

- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2 + years of Salesforce development experience.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, including Lightning Components and Lightning App Builder.

- Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Apex triggers.

- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs (REST/SOAP).

- Familiarity with Salesforce Declarative Tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.

- Strong debugging, testing, and deployment skills (Salesforce DX, Git).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools like Git.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (preferred).
